Wudangshan Kingwu Academy , approved by the Education and P.E Committees of Shiyan City and set up in 1993, is a new-style school in which students can learn Gongfu as well as regular courses taught in regular schools. Apart from courses from primary school to senior high school, the academy also focus on Wushu courses. The academy, characterized by militarized management and good lodging condition, is an ideal place for students both from China and other countries to study in .

The academy is located at the foot of Mount Wudang , the world famous holy land of Taoism and home of Wudang Wushu. Surrounded by mountains and waters, the academy enjoys good environment.. With a construction area of 12,000 square meters , the academy covers an area of 29,000 square meters.The academy has a staff of more than 50 people, including 10 high-level managing members and over 40 experienced teachers and excellent Wushu coaches.
